General Terms and Conditions of Kinderwelt:
§1 Validity for entrepreneurs and definitions
(1) The following General Terms and Conditions apply to all deliveries between us and a consumer in their version valid at the time of the order.
A consumer is any natural person who enters into a legal transaction for purposes that are predominantly neither commercial nor self-employed professional activities (§ 13 BGB).
§2 Conclusion of a contract, storage of the contract text

(3) The presentation of goods in our online shop does not constitute a legally binding contract offer on our part, but merely a non-binding invitation to the consumer to order goods. By ordering the desired goods, the consumer submits a binding offer to conclude a purchase contract.
(4) Upon receipt of an order in our online shop, the following rules apply: The consumer makes a binding contract offer by successfully completing the ordering procedure provided in our online shop.
The order is placed in the following steps:
1) Selection of the desired goods
2) Confirmation by clicking the "Order" buttons
3) Review of the information in the shopping cart
4) Clicking the "to checkout" button
5) Logging into the online shop after registration and entering login details (email address and password).
6) Re-checking or correcting the entered data.
7) Binding submission of the order by clicking the "order with obligation to pay" or "buy" button
Before the binding submission of the order, the consumer can return to the internet page where the customer's data is recorded and correct input errors or cancel the order process by closing the internet browser, by clicking the "Back" button contained in their internet browser after checking their details. We confirm the receipt of the order immediately by an automatically generated e-mail ("Order Confirmation"). With this, we accept your offer.
(5) Storage of the contract text for orders via our online shop: We store the contract text and send you the order data and our GTC by e-mail. You can view your past orders in our customer area under My Account -> My Orders.
§3 Prices, shipping costs, payment, due date
(1) The stated prices include the statutory value-added tax and other price components. Any shipping costs will be added.
(2) The consumer has the option of paying by direct debit, PayPal, credit card (Visa, Mastercard, American Express).
§4 Delivery
(1) Unless we have clearly stated otherwise in the product description, all items offered by us are ready for immediate shipment. Delivery will then take place within 5-7 working days at the latest. The period for delivery begins, in the case of payment in advance, on the day after the payment order is given to the bank instructed with the transfer, and for all other payment methods, on the day after the conclusion of the contract. If the last day of the period falls on a Saturday, Sunday, or public holiday at the place of delivery, the period ends on the next working day.
(2) The risk of accidental loss and accidental deterioration of the sold item also passes to the buyer upon handover of the item to the buyer, even in the case of a distance purchase.
(3) For certain items such as beds and furniture, shipping may take 4-6 weeks, as well as for personalized strollers. These are also excluded from exchange and return.
§5 Retention of Title
We reserve title to the goods until full payment of the purchase price.

by means of a clear declaration (e.g. a letter sent by post, fax or e-mail) of your decision to withdraw from this contract. You may use the attached model withdrawal form, but this is not mandatory.
Consequences of withdrawal
If you withdraw from this contract, we shall reimburse you all payments we have received from you, excluding the delivery costs, on the day on which the notification of your withdrawal from this contract has reached us.
We can also refund you the money in the form of a credit for the online shop. We kindly ask you to contact us beforehand.
We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back or you have supplied evidence of having sent back the goods, whichever is the earliest.
You shall send back or hand over the goods to us without undue delay and in any event not later than fourteen days from the day on which you communicate your withdrawal from this contract to us. The deadline is met if you send back the goods before the period of fourteen days has expired.
You shall bear the direct costs of returning the goods.

§8 - Cancellation Policy:
Ordered goods can only be cancelled within 24 hours. This must be done in writing.
However, we will charge you for the costs incurred by us. These can be between 35-50€ depending on the size of the package.
The following must be observed:

§9 Discounts, offers, special customisations!
If you have used a discount code for an order or purchased the order on offer, you have no right of withdrawal from this order. The order is valid and can no longer be cancelled. This also applies to special customisations, such as LIMITED EDITION or strollers that are made with a NAME or other personal requests. For these types of orders, there is no right of withdrawal or exchange!

The statutory warranty regulations apply.
