Delivery and Payment Terms
Delivery conditions:
The delivery period begins on the day the order is received by the contractor, provided that all working documents are clearly and unequivocally available to the contractor and nothing to the contrary has been noted in the order confirmation; it ends on the day the goods leave the contractor's premises. Agreed delivery times are generally only approximate, unless they have been expressly confirmed in writing as fixed dates. The delivery period is interrupted for the duration of the examination of submitted brush proofs, press proofs or dummy samples. In case of delayed delivery, the client can only assert the legal rights after setting a grace period. The grace period must be appropriate to the nature and scope of the order. — Insofar as damage is due to fault on the part of the contractor (excluding gross negligence), it is limited to the amount of the invoice. Loss of profit cannot be claimed. Force majeure generally releases the contractor from any delivery obligation, regardless of whether this force majeure occurred in the contractor's operation or in the operations of upstream and downstream suppliers. In such a case, the client is not entitled to withdraw from the order or to hold the contractor liable for any damage.
Returns and exchanges:
You can return the goods within 14 days without giving reasons, but only in their original packaging and with the invoice. For this, you must fill out the withdrawal form (see GTCs). This is also possible in the store.
Products that have already been opened or used are excluded from exchange or return.
Payment conditions:
Payment is made immediately via credit card, Klarna, or other possible payment methods
